Job Description
The Senior Loan Officer will originate home loans within a mortgage banking operation, providing a high-quality customer experience while meeting sales targets and leveraging proprietary lead sources and technology to facilitate sustainable home financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate home loans through the company's mortgage banking operation
- Provide a high-quality customer experience during the loan process
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and client expectations
- Utilize proprietary, AI-powered applications to facilitate customer communication and streamline operations
Requirements
- Possess a proven track record of meeting client expectations while achieving established company sales quotas.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrate consistent work habits.
- Be willing to originate home loans through the company's in-house mortgage banking operation.
- Be capable of offering a world-class experience to customers.
- Be able to work with an exclusive lead source that is proven to convert at higher than average rates.
- Be prepared to work in a role that involves additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
