Job Description
The Post Closing Escalation Specialist is responsible for resolving post-closing escalations related to loans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution while providing excellent customer service and collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve routine and complex post-closing escalations accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with investor and agency guidelines during resolution processes
- Analyze loan-level changes and navigate them effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally
- Build collaborative relationships across departments

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to navigate loan-level changes and ensure adherence to investor and agency guidelines.
- Possess excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Build collaborative cross-functional relationships within the organization.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Have the ability to pay close attention to detail when reviewing and processing post-closing issues.
