Job Description

The Customer Care Advisor is responsible for initiating the sales process by building prospect lists and generating qualified leads to support the sales team, contributing to the company's mission of providing sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate the sales process by engaging potential customers
  • Build and manage prospect lists
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team

Requirements

  • Initiate the sales process by building and managing prospect lists and generating qualified leads that will be passed on to designated sales staff for follow-up.
  • Possess the ability to build and manage prospect lists effectively.
  • Generate qualified leads suitable for passing to sales staff for follow-up.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to facilitate customer interactions and lead generation.
  • Be able to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor or other managers related to the position or department.

Benefits & Perks

Compensation: $22 per hour
Work schedule: 22 hours per week
