Job Description
The Service Specialist, Digital Banking, provides friendly and professional customer service to Forbright Bank clients via phone and written communication, supporting the bank's mission and core values in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, expedient, and professional customer service to bank customers via telephone and written correspondence
- Support a customer service environment aligned with the company's mission, vision, and core values
- Utilize technology and office machinery to perform job functions
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
Requirements
- Provide friendly, expedient, and professional customer service to Forbright Bank customers via telephone and written correspondence.
- Support a customer service environment that is focused on Forbright's mission, vision, and core values.
- Work primarily conducted in an office setting; remote work may be permitted through technology at management discretion.
- Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time as required to perform duties.
- Use hands and fingers to operate technology and office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity to perform job functions.
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with others.
