Job Description
The VP, Senior Community Manager is responsible for managing multiple bank branches, driving business development through community engagement, leading high-performing teams, and achieving deposit growth and retention goals while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple branches and oversee their performance
- Drive business development through community engagement, networking, and relationship-based strategies
- Ensure operational and compliance excellence across all locations
- Develop and lead high-performing teams at multiple sites
- Achieve deposit growth and retention goals through strategic initiatives and external presence
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience in managing multiple branches and proactive business development, with accountability for branch and hub performance, operational and compliance excellence, and people leadership.
- The candidate must have a proven track record of driving new deposit acquisition and deposit retention through community engagement, networking, and relationship-based business development.
- The candidate must develop and manage high performing teams at multiple locations.
- The candidate must deliver against defined business and deposit growth goals through a strong external presence and a balanced focus on branch execution and strategic revenue generation.
- The candidate must have the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with others.
- The candidate must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing duties.
- The candidate must be able to operate technology or other office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- The candidate must be able to utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- The candidate must be able to use hands and fingers effectively during work activities.
- The candidate must be willing to exhibit a high level of flexibility regarding duties that may be situationally assigned outside of the job description.
