Job Description
The Senior Manager, Paid Media, Digital Banking is responsible for managing and optimizing paid search, social, and display advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition for Forbright Bank's digital banking products, while executing testing strategies and staying informed on industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, and display advertising campaigns for digital banking products.
- Plan, launch, and oversee campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Google Performance Max, Bing Ads, Meta, and Reddit.
- Execute testing strategies and implement best practices to improve campaign performance.
- Review customer and competitive trends to inform campaign adjustments and enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience in managing paid search, paid social, and display advertising campaigns for digital banking or financial services.
- Ability to plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Google Performance Max, Bing Ads, Meta, Reddit, etc.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition through paid media campaigns.
- Experience in executing a test and learn roadmap to improve campaign performance.
- Ability to review customer and competitive trends to inform campaign strategies.
- Strong communication skills to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with team members and stakeholders.
- Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with the ability to perform duties while remaining in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Use of hands and fingers to operate computers and office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Visual acuity to operate a computer monitor and review campaign data and reports.
- Flexibility to perform additional duties outside of the core job description as needed to support organizational efficiency.
