Job Description
The AVP, Portfolio Performance Management, Digital Banking, leads strategic planning, performance analysis, and financial insights for the Digital Banking division, collaborating with various teams to inform strategy and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning, performance, and financial analysis for the Digital Banking organization
- Develop insights to inform strategy and key decisions across functions
- Collaborate with Data Analytics, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership teams
Requirements
- Experience leading strategic planning, performance, and financial analysis for a digital banking organization or similar financial services environment.
- Ability to develop insights to inform strategy, key decisions across key functions, and annual plans within a digital banking context.
- Experience collaborating closely with teams such as Data Analytics, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership.
- Proficiency in performing financial analysis and developing strategic insights related to digital banking performance.
- Work is primarily conducted in an office setting, with the possibility of remote work at management discretion, requiring the employee to be capable of performing duties in such an environment.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while performing job duties.
- Use of hands and fingers to operate a computer monitor with visual acuity and other office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with others.
- Flexibility to perform duties outside of the core job description as needed to support organizational efficiency and growth.
