Job Description
The Equity Plan Administrator manages the administration, auditing, and lifecycle tracking of Forbright Bank's employee equity programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience while collaborating with various teams in a fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the administration of Forbright Bank's employee equity program
- Conduct auditing and lifecycle tracking of equity plans
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of equity plan operations
- Partner with other teams to support all aspects of equity operations
- Manage day-to-day administration of equity plans to enhance employee experience
Requirements
- Experience in building and managing the administration, auditing, and lifecycle tracking of employee equity programs.
- Ability to perform the day-to-day administration of equity plans, including ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Partnering closely with other teams at the Bank to manage all aspects of equity operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of equity plan management and related processes.
- Proficiency in communicating clearly verbally and in writing with others.
- Ability to operate technology and office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Use of a computer monitor with visual acuity for extended periods.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Flexibility to perform situationally assigned duties outside of the primary job description to support organizational efficiency.
- Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with some positions potentially allowing remote work at management discretion.
