Job Description
The AVP, Business Financial Management, Digital Banking, leads strategic planning, performance analysis, and financial insights for the Digital Banking division, collaborating with various teams to inform decision-making and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning, performance, and financial analysis for the Digital Banking organization
- Develop insights to inform strategy and key decisions across functions
- Collaborate with Data Analytics, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership teams
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience leading strategic planning, performance, and financial analysis for a digital banking organization.
- The candidate must have the ability to develop insights to inform strategy, key decisions across key functions, and annual plans.
- The candidate must have experience collaborating closely with teams such as Data Analytics, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, or related roles in banking or financial services.
- The candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate clearly with others.
- The candidate must be able to operate technology or office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- The candidate must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing duties.
- The candidate must have the ability to use hands and fingers effectively, including operating a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- The candidate must be able to work primarily in an office setting, with some positions potentially allowing for remote work at management discretion.
- The candidate must be willing to perform additional duties outside of the core responsibilities as needed to support organizational efficiency.
