Job Description
The Senior Product Marketing Specialist focused on Enablement at EnergyHub is responsible for developing and delivering training, enablement materials, and strategic guidance to support the commercial teams in effectively communicating the value of energy management solutions and driving market success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on utility needs, challenges, and decision-making processes related to VPPs and load flexibility programs
- Support commercial product launches by coordinating cross-functional readiness and providing guidance on product messaging
- Create and develop upsell and expansion strategies for EnergyHub solutions
- Translate market insights into actionable guidance for internal teams
- Develop and maintain enablement materials such as pitch decks, FAQs, case studies, and talking points
- Deliver training to make complex concepts accessible to sales and partner teams
- Ensure internal teams are updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and product capabilities
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or related roles preferably in energy technology or enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree education or equivalent with a demonstrated understanding of product marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Curiosity and the ability to iterate quickly on new ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging using simple, everyday language.
- Demonstrated experience in developing impactful marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, and web content.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams such as product management, sales, client success, and engineering.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and initiate new projects independently.
- Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
