Job Description
The Senior Manager of Partner Marketing leads a team to develop and deliver B2C marketing services for utility clients, focusing on device enrollment, retention, and strategic partnerships to support the transition to clean energy and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team delivering marketing services and support to utility clients, focusing on device enrollment and retention.
- Own the standardization and productization of marketing offerings and support key clients individually.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies for utility clients to leverage their channels.
- Forge strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to assess client marketing needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Oversee process development and resource allocation for efficient, large-scale delivery of marketing services.
- Drive the creation of marketing knowledge base content and case studies to support client success and industry positioning.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through additional marketing services.
- Utilize business intelligence and web analytics to define goals, uncover opportunities, and understand end customers.
- Foster professional growth of team members by developing their project management, marketing, and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 6-8 years of marketing experience, including client facing experience
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Strong relationship management and presentation skills in client facing roles
- Ability to distill complexity into easy-to-understand insights
- Excellent ability to develop talent and mentor team members
- Ability to stay organized while overseeing a broad scope of projects with numerous stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Compensation/salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 USD
