Job Description
The Senior Manager of Partner Marketing leads a team responsible for delivering and productizing B2C marketing services to utility clients, driving customer engagement and supporting the transition to clean energy through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team delivering marketing services and support to utility clients, focusing on device enrollment and retention.
- Standardize and productize marketing offerings while providing personalized support for key clients.
- Develop strategies for utility clients to utilize their marketing channels effectively.
- Forge strategic partnerships to assess client marketing needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Oversee process development and resource allocation for efficient delivery of marketing services at scale.
- Create marketing knowledge base content and case studies to support client success and industry positioning.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through additional marketing services.
- Utilize business intelligence and web analytics to define goals, uncover opportunities, and understand end customers.
- Foster professional growth of team members through skill development in project management, marketing, and presentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 6-8 years of marketing experience, including client facing experience
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Strong relationship management and presentation skills in client facing roles
- Ability to distill complexity into easy-to-understand insights
- Excellent ability to develop talent and mentor team members
- Ability to stay organized while overseeing a broad scope of projects with numerous stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Compensation/salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 USD
