Job Description

The Social Media Strategist will manage and execute social media content and campaigns for the Empire State Building Observatory, focusing on audience growth, community engagement, and enhancing the building's cultural relevance through creative storytelling and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a content plan for social media platforms to enhance audience growth and community engagement.
  • Publish and manage content across multiple social media platforms, including user-generated content.
  • Identify and analyze cultural and digital trends to inform social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with PR and Marketing teams to support influencer and partner activations.
  • Integrate social media efforts into high-profile events and campaigns.

Requirements
