Job Description

The Senior Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing organic social media strategies for the Empire State Building and ESRT's real estate portfolio, focusing on content creation, community engagement, and campaigns that drive brand awareness, web traffic, leads, and ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategy for ESB Observatory and ESRT's portfolio
  • Create and publish high-performing content across social media platforms
  • Manage influencer programs and community engagement initiatives
  • Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for measurable business impact
  • Drive channel growth and convert awareness into web traffic, leads, and ticket sales
  • Maintain a consistent, modern brand voice across all social media platforms

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading organic social media strategy and execution, with a focus on content creation, publishing, influencer programs, analytics, and community engagement.
  • Ability to develop and steward a consistent, modern brand voice across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of how to drive measurable business impact through social media, including converting awareness into web traffic, leads, and ticket sales.
  • Experience in owning and managing the full organic ecosystem content strategy and execution.
  • A performance-oriented mindset rooted in data analysis, cultural fluency, and proven tactics for conversion and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external influencers.
  • Ability to adapt to emerging business needs and continuously develop skills relevant to social media trends and platform updates.
