Job Description
The Lease Abstraction and Data Intern supports the Lease Administration team by assisting with lease data extraction, validation, and system maintenance using AI tools, gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate operations and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lease abstraction using AI-enabled tools to extract key lease information
- Validate the accuracy of AI-generated lease data outputs
- Maintain and organize lease data within the Yardi system
- Support data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Contribute to reporting and portfolio management initiatives related to lease data
- Help improve the efficiency and accuracy of lease data workflows through process refinement
Requirements
- The candidate must be able to support the Lease Administration team in managing a diverse commercial real estate portfolio by assisting with lease abstraction, data validation, and system maintenance.
- The candidate must have the ability to use AI-enabled tools to extract and organize key lease information.
- The candidate must be able to validate outputs for accuracy and ensure data is properly structured and maintained within Yardi.
- The candidate must work closely with the Lease Administration team to help improve the efficiency and accuracy of lease data workflows by refining AI-assisted processes.
- The candidate must support data audits and contribute to reporting and portfolio initiatives.
- The internship is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week from June 1st, 2026, until August 7th, 2026.
- The candidate must be able to work onsite at 111 W 33rd Street, New York, NY.
