Job Description
The Real Estate Paralegal will support the Chief Counsel and Real Estate Litigation Counsel by handling various real estate transaction and litigation documents, and communicating with internal departments, external counsel, tenants, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Counsel and Real Estate Litigation Counsel in handling real estate transactions and litigation documents.
- Communicate with internal departments, external counsel, tenants, and government agencies regarding real estate matters.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to real estate transactions and disputes.
Requirements
- Support the Chief Counsel, Real Estate and Real Estate Litigation Counsel, in handling a variety of real estate matters for ESRT, including transaction and litigation documents.
- Assist with written and oral communication with other departments within the company, ESRT's external counsel, tenants and counterparty's counsel, and government agencies.
- Work directly with and support legal teams in managing real estate transaction and litigation documents.
