Job Description
The Global People Business Partner at Celonis provides strategic HR expertise to align people practices with business objectives, partnering with leadership to develop talent, drive organizational change, and foster a high-performance culture in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders to understand their goals and challenges
- Provide strategic HR expertise and thought leadership on organizational and people strategies
- Coach senior leaders on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and collaboration
- Lead change management and culture development initiatives
- Partner with leaders on talent planning, performance management, and organizational design
- Drive strategic workforce planning aligned with business growth
- Leverage people analytics to generate insights for growth and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8 years of experience as a global HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-paced technology company.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment is a plus.
- Deep expertise in HR practices, including organizational design, talent management, change leadership, employment law, and employee relations.
- Strong market insight and strategic, enterprise-level thinking.
- Skilled at building relationships across all levels with strong influence and negotiation capabilities.
- Consultative approach with a strong ability to guide and advise leaders.
- Systems thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent project management, communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
