Job Description
The Platform Delivery Lead is responsible for managing the development, release, and delivery of products across teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities through project execution, release management, and clear functional requirements in a hybrid onsite role based in New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning, development, and delivery of product releases.
- Manage release schedules and ensure timely shipping of features and updates.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Write clear functional requirements for product features and releases.
- Coordinate across teams to facilitate project execution and delivery.
Requirements
- The candidate must own what gets built, when it ships, and why, demonstrating ownership of release management, project execution, and product delivery tracking across teams.
- The candidate must be able to write clear functional requirements for releases and ensure each release is aligned to business priorities.
- This role requires a hybrid work arrangement operating out of the New York location, with physical presence at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours.
- The candidate must be able to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- The candidate must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
- The candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S., as VRAI participates in E-Verify and will require completion of Form I-9 and verification of work authorization.
