Job Description
The Investment Analyst supports all phases of the investment process by conducting financial analysis, assisting with transactions, and providing ongoing support in underwriting, due diligence, and asset management for office, retail, and residential real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis of potential investment opportunities in office, retail, and residential assets.
- Support transaction processes including underwriting and due diligence.
- Assist in team organization and coordination of logistics related to investment activities.
- Provide ongoing support in asset management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, transaction support, underwriting, due diligence, or asset management related to real estate investments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to support all phases of the investment process, including financial modeling and valuation.
- Ability to organize and support team logistics and transaction processes effectively.
- Support over time in underwriting, due diligence, and asset management activities.
- Excellent organizational skills to assist in all phases of the investment process.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support team organization and logistics.
- Strong communication skills to support transaction processes and team coordination.
