Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, retention, and offboarding, while managing employee records, HRIS data, and reporting to facilitate organizational HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and status changes within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Generate reports and analyze employee data and analytics.
- Perform general administrative duties related to human resources functions.
Requirements
- Must have experience in employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, engagement implementation (including execution and strategy), development and training, retention, and offboarding.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and maintain employee status changes, updates to employee records, and maintenance of electronic personnel files within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Must have the ability to report on employee data and analytics.
- Must be able to perform general administrative duties related to human resources functions.
