Job Description
A Graduate Intern in Human Resources will assist in organizing and executing the company's summer internship program while supporting broader HR initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in program management and HR operations in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and execute ESRT's Undergraduate Summer Internship Program
- Support broader Human Resources initiatives and operations
- Collaborate with ESRT leadership on HR-related projects
- Assist in program management and HR operations tasks
Requirements
- The candidate must be a motivated, detail-oriented graduate student who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and is eager to contribute to ESRT’s culture of excellence.
- The candidate must support the organization and execution of ESRT’s Undergraduate Summer Internship Program and support broader Human Resources initiatives and operations.
- The candidate must be available to work part-time 20-25 hours per week from the start date through May 2026, and full-time 40 hours per week beginning May 25, 2026, for the duration of the Summer Internship Program.
- The candidate must be able to work onsite at 111 W 33rd Street, New York, NY.
