Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operation of the property to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain building safety, functionality, and appearance.

- Assist in budgeting, financial management, and lease administration for the property.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors to promote positive relationships.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role or industry.
- Must possess strong skills in customer service and communication.
