Job Description
The Director of Network Infrastructure is responsible for developing and managing the company's network and infrastructure technologies, including cloud, on-premises networks, storage, virtualization, and enterprise asset networks, while ensuring alignment with business goals and cybersecurity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and align infrastructure and network technologies with business objectives and cybersecurity best practices.
- Plan, decide, implement, and maintain cloud, on-premises network, storage, virtualization platforms, and server management.
- Manage enterprise and real estate asset networks, including wired, wireless, building risers, IT, and OT technologies.
- Report results and provide strategic guidance to leadership.
- Perform hands-on assistance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure issues.
- Manage project milestones related to network infrastructure initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT personnel to achieve business objectives related to network and infrastructure systems.
Requirements
- Experience in strategizing and aligning industry leading infrastructure and network technologies with business objectives and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proven ability to plan, make decisions, implement, and maintain all aspects of network infrastructure including cloud, on-premises network, storage, virtualization platforms, server management, and enterprise and real estate asset networks.
- Hands-on assistance and troubleshooting skills in network infrastructure and related technologies.
- Experience managing project milestones related to network infrastructure projects.
- Ability to collaborate with IT personnel to achieve business objectives.
- Knowledge of wired and wireless enterprise networks, building risers, IT and OT technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in reporting results to leadership and strategizing network infrastructure improvements.
