A Senior Solutions Engineer responsible for supporting the APAC region by designing and executing technical evaluations, translating workflows into DroneDeploy solutions, and guiding customers through reality capture strategies using robotics and AI technologies in a remote, autonomous role.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales process in the APAC region, from discovery to deployment and expansion.
Serve as the primary technical partner for APAC Sales and Customer Experience teams.
Design and execute high-quality evaluations of DroneDeploy solutions.
Translate complex construction and field workflows into tailored DroneDeploy solutions.
Develop repeatable playbooks to enable sales and customer success teams to grow accounts independently.
Operate with high autonomy, prioritizing tasks and closing coverage gaps across time zones.
Leverage construction domain expertise to guide customers in reality capture strategy, adoption, and expansion.
Requirements
Experience as a senior solutions engineer or similar technical role with a focus on solutions selling and customer deployment.
Proven ability to own the region end-to-end from first discovery through successful deployment and expansion.
Strong technical partnership skills to support sales and customer experience teams in the APAC region.
Experience designing and running high-quality evaluations of solutions.
Ability to translate complex construction and field workflows into DroneDeploy solutions.
Experience building repeatable playbooks that help account executives, customer success managers, and partners win and grow accounts without heavy hand-holding.
High level of autonomy and ability to operate with limited oversight across multiple time zones.
Proactive in closing gaps in coverage, process, and enablement to support regional scaling.
Construction domain expertise to guide customers through reality capture strategy, adoption, and expansion.
Experience with high-accuracy workflows and products such as Automation, Inspection AI, and Survey.
Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and operate in a high-visibility, high-autonomy role.
Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary technical partner for sales and customer teams.
Experience working in a remote-first environment with schedule flexibility.
