Job Description
A Customer Success Engineer responsible for managing demos, onboarding, and enablement programs to ensure fast value delivery and renewal expansion for a broad customer portfolio within DroneDeploy's scalable solutions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage demos, trials, onboarding flows, and Academy programs for scaled customer segments.
- Develop repeatable assets and workflows based on recurring customer patterns to enable sales, renewals, and customer success teams.
- Collaborate with HV reps, Renewals managers, CSMs, Product, and Support to support scaled enablement, time-to-first-value, and renewal expansion for long-tail accounts.
Requirements
- Experience owning demos, trials, onboarding flows, and Academy programs that support high velocity and scaled customer motions.
- Ability to turn recurring customer patterns into repeatable assets and workflows to enable Sales, Renewals, and Customer Success teams.
- Experience working closely with Sales representatives, Renewals managers, Customer Success Managers, Product teams, and Support teams.
- Focus on scaled enablement, time-to-first-value, and renewal expansion support for long-tail accounts.
- Strong understanding of customer success processes and workflows in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to support and enable teams at scale, ensuring consistent value realization and customer satisfaction.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment or with remote teams.
- Knowledge of automation and visual intelligence tools related to drone technology or similar fields is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Commitment to following information security policies and procedures to protect company and customer data.
