Job Description
A strategic and results-driven Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across technical and non-technical roles in a SaaS environment, supporting the company's growth and talent pipeline needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with hiring managers, interviewing teams, and executives to own end-to-end searches across R&D and support non-technical roles when needed
- Maintain strong, evergreen pipelines of top talent
- Move fast in a builder mode while ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes
Requirements
