Job Description

A Customer Success Manager responsible for post-sales customer engagement, driving product adoption, retention, and account growth by building strong relationships, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring customers realize the value of DroneDeploy's platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enable customers post-sales by driving product adoption and ensuring high retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor and product expert
  • Partner with customers to help them realize the value and impact of DroneDeploy's platform
  • Coordinate with internal teams across time zones to support customer success
  • Drive account growth through strategic engagement and support

Requirements

  • A background in customer success with data-focused, automation, or AI-driven SaaS platforms is required.
  • General knowledge of GIS, photogrammetry, reality-capture tools, drones, 360 cameras, and APIs would be a valuable addition to the team.
  • Strong relationship-building experience, strategic thinking, product knowledge, technical aptitude, and empathy toward ensuring the customer’s success.
  • Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams across time zones are essential.
  • Work hours availability within the core hours of 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, based on your local time zone, while accommodating necessary flexibility.
  • Up to 40 domestic and international travel for client engagements, training sessions, and company events.
