Job Description
A hands-on Product Manager responsible for executing the roadmap of DroneDeploy's aerial workflows, focusing on turning strategy into shippable features across web, mobile, and remote controllers, while collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate aerial strategy into a concrete, shippable roadmap for web, mobile, and remote controllers.
- Write or automate clear tickets for engineering and design teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to execute the product roadmap.
- Analyze telemetry logs and utilize AI tooling to improve development speed.
- Manage end-to-end reality capture workflows for construction, energy, and industrial customers.
Requirements
- Experience in product management with a focus on turning strategy into a concrete, shippable roadmap across web, mobile, and remote controllers.
- Hands-on experience writing or automating clear tickets and working closely with engineers and designers.
- Ability to dig into telemetry logs and use AI tooling daily to move faster.
- Proven ability to execute roadmap for aerial workflows in a product environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end reality capture workflows for construction, energy, and industrial customers.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment with schedule flexibility.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team that values creativity and teamwork.
- Experience with managing or working on drone-enabled enterprise products is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Knowledge of or experience with aerial drones, 360 and fixed cameras, ground robots, and proprietary AI systems is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Ability to support and follow information security policies and procedures.
