Job Description
A Product Operations Associate at DroneDeploy is responsible for remotely operating robots, analyzing data captures, optimizing AI workflows, and supporting the integration of robotics and AI in real-world inspection and data collection scenarios to improve operational efficiency and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate robots remotely to ensure safe and efficient on-site performance
- Analyze data captures from robotic operations to generate actionable insights
- Optimize AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Support and coordinate with the remote operations team
- Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems to ensure continuous operation
- Translate frontline operational experiences into product and engineering improvements
Requirements
- Operate robots remotely to support real-world inspections, data capture, and autonomous workflows.
- Analyze data captures to extract actionable insights.
- Optimize AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Act as the bridge between operations, product, and engineering teams.
- Ensure robots are running safely and efficiently on-site.
- Translate frontline operational experience into improvements that impact product and engineering decisions.
- Support the remote operations team in maintaining and troubleshooting robotic systems.
- Possess a minimum of 3 months of experience in robotics, operations, or related fields (implied by the fixed-term duration and role responsibilities).
