Job Description

The Demand Generation Manager at DroneDeploy is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and revenue, primarily targeting enterprise construction clients, by leveraging tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Ads, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified pipeline and revenue in target segments, especially enterprise construction.
  • Build and scale programs connecting DroneDeploy's reality capture platform with enterprise stakeholders in construction and related industries.
  • Translate go-to-market goals into detailed campaign plans and manage their implementation using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, Field Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to align campaigns with account plans, customer journeys, and revenue targets.
  • Analyze performance data and field feedback to refine marketing plays and identify new opportunities in enterprise segments.

Requirements

  • Experience in owning the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue across high-priority segments, with a particular focus on enterprise construction.
  • Ability to translate go-to-market goals into clear campaign plans and operate comfortably in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Ads for campaign planning and execution.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Field Marketing, Content Community, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns are tightly aligned to account plans, customer journeys, and revenue targets.
  • Strong ownership skills of complex programs, with a proactive approach to surfacing opportunities in enterprise segments.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and feedback from the field to refine marketing plays and strategies.
  • Experience in building and scaling programs that connect a reality capture platform spanning drones, robotics, and AI-powered workflows with enterprise stakeholders in construction and adjacent industries.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly translate go-to-market goals into campaign plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate in a remote-first environment with flexibility in work arrangements.
  • Commitment to protecting company and customer data by following information security policies and procedures.
