Job Description
A front-line technical support role providing troubleshooting and issue resolution for customers using DroneDeploy's drone flight, capture, and mapping tools, ensuring customer productivity and contributing to product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer issues across mobile, web, and field workflows.
- Own issues from intake to resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify patterns in customer feedback to suggest product or process improvements.
Requirements
- Own issues from intake to resolution troubleshooting across mobile, web, and field workflows related to DroneDeploy's drone flight, 360 capture, and mapping tools.
- Identify and surface patterns that point to product or process improvements based on customer interactions.
- Provide front-line technical support to customers using DroneDeploy's platform.
- Maintain the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively across multiple platforms (mobile, web, and field workflows).
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve technical problems and ensure customer productivity on high-stakes projects.
