Job Description
A Customer Success Engineer focused on the AEC industry who manages post-sales technical onboarding, develops workflows, and collaborates with product teams to ensure adoption and expansion of DroneDeploy's reality capture platform across construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the post-sales technical onboarding and adoption programs for mid-market and enterprise AEC contractors.
- Design workflows, shape best practices, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on data and integration needs.
- Create and deliver training, educational assets, and resources to promote platform adoption and expansion.
- Convert real jobsite workflows into repeatable playbooks to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the integration of DroneDeploy across the project lifecycle from pilots to scaled, multi-site programs.
- Drive measurable outcomes such as platform adoption, net revenue retention (NRR), and account expansion.
Requirements
- Experience leading the post sales technical journey for mid market and enterprise contractors in the AEC industry.
- Ability to turn real jobsite workflows into repeatable playbooks and education through DroneDeploy Academy, live training, and self serve assets.
- Own technical onboarding and adoption programs that accelerate time to value, protect renewals, and drive expansion across key AEC accounts.
- Design workflows, shape best practices, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on advanced data and integration needs.
- Embed DroneDeploy across the project lifecycle from early pilots to scaled, multi site programs.
- Hands-on AEC technologist who loves building repeatable assets and enabling people.
- Energized by time on active job sites.
- Motivated by measurable outcomes such as adoption, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and program expansion.
