The Showroom Keyholder is responsible for leading daily showroom operations, coaching staff, enhancing guest experiences, driving sales, and supporting team development, with opportunities for growth into a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily showroom operations in the absence of the showroom manager
Coach and develop new team members
Act as a Guest Experience Manager to ensure a first-in-class guest experience
Drive sales and achieve showroom goals
Empower the team to perform effectively in real-time
Requirements
Experience in a leadership role within a showroom or retail environment, with the ability to run the showroom in the absence of the showroom manager
Ability to oversee daily operations and provide leadership in onboarding and developing new team members
Passion for selling and an ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Potential to grow into a Showroom Manager role, with prior experience suited for that position considered a plus
