Job Description

The role involves leading strategic projects in the life sciences sector, advising clients on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and commercialization strategies, while also contributing to business development, team leadership, and thought leadership within a global consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex projects ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic advice on commercial, pricing, and market access strategies based on global healthcare system understanding.
  • Oversee primary and secondary research efforts to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple client relationships to maximize long-term business potential.
  • Develop and grow a personal book of business through business development and client engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals, and lead thought leadership activities.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Requirements

  • Doktorgrad in z. B. Biologie, Biotechnologie, Biochemie, Pharmakologie oder MBA mit mehr als 7 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung nach Abschluss, oder alternativ Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Biologie, Biotechnologie, Biochemie, Pharmakologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet mit mehr als 9 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung nach Abschluss
  • Nachgewiesene Führungsfähigkeiten im Team- und Projektmanagement, einschließlich Projektplanung und Budgetierung
  • Starke Fähigkeiten in quantitativen und qualitativen Analysemethoden und -techniken
  • Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Kundeninteraktionen, Moderation von Meetings und Präsentationen in Englisch und vorzugsweise auch in Deutsch
  • Nachgewiesenes hohes Maß an Initiative und Führung, einschließlich Thought Leadership in einem relevanten Bereich für Life-Science-Kunden als Fachexperte
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig mit minimaler Aufsicht durch eine/n Vice President (VP) zu arbeiten
  • Starke Teamarbeit und Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen, VPs und Junior-Teams
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Strategieberaterinnen in ihrer Karriere als vertrauenswürdige/r Vorgesetzte/r zu entwickeln
  • Geschäftsentwicklungserfahrung mit nachweislicher Erfolgsbilanz beim Geschäftsabschluss
  • Bereitschaft, ein 3-Tage-Büromodell in München zu leben, kombiniert mit erforderlichen Reisen für Kundentermine
