Job Description

The role involves leading a team of Value Engineers to drive customer value realization, expansion, and renewal within the public sector by leveraging Process Intelligence technology, building strategic relationships, and guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal of accounts.
  • Translate customer strategic objectives into high-impact use cases and evangelize Process Intelligence solutions.
  • Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Create and support strategic customer relationships as an executive sponsor, ensuring customer success and value realization.
  • Support deployment of new features, apps, and products to drive strategic growth and value creation across the customer portfolio.
  • Host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to communicate results and value to senior management.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of Value Engineers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet sales, renewal, value, and adoption targets.
  • Prepare and communicate results and insights to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Guide customer IT teams through the Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating platform capabilities and accelerating value realization.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement use cases and improvement measures to realize customer value and support subscription renewals and expansions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate your business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain, as well as experience in strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation) and the ability to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends in the Public Sector and Government Agencies and the strategic challenges of the department.
  • Experience with guiding customer’s IT teams throughout their Celonis Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating hands-on ability to build dashboards, Apps, Action Flows, and accelerate value realization.
  • Plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines, leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem wherever possible.
  • Experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate experience of following the Celonis value selling methodology throughout the customer journey, including discovery, qualification, value assessment, and PoV s, and demonstrate the full value potential of Celonis Process Intelligence.
  • Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and establishing an operating model to realize value, renew, and expand subscriptions with Celonis.
  • Demonstrate ability to qualify all VE engagements, conduct discovery with customers directly, allocate resources efficiently, and champion the value selling methodology with customers.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, including being hands-on with teams and acting as a role model for the organization.
  • Native or near-native fluency in English and German, written and verbal.
