Job Description
The role involves leading the development and scaling of data ingestion and integration strategies for a Process Intelligence platform, focusing on real-time, reliable, and scalable data connectivity across complex enterprise systems, while managing a global product team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Pipeline and Integration strategy to enable real-time, scalable data ingestion from diverse enterprise systems.
- Manage and mentor the product teams, including scaling the India hub, to develop out-of-the-box connectors and native data integrations.
- Ensure reliable execution and optimization of ETL workloads for global customers.
- Develop platform primitives such as Extractor Builder, push-based ingestion REST, S3, and JDBC connectivity for custom integrations.
- Expand zero-copy data strategies through strategic partnerships and integrations to reduce redundancy and accelerate value delivery.
- Design and manage pipeline experiences that are configurable and troubleshootable by humans and AI agents.
- Drive the transition to real-time data ingestion to enable proactive operational use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data lifecycle performance across the platform.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in technical product management, specifically within data integration, ETL, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling product teams, with experience operating in global, distributed environments; experience with India-based hubs is a plus.
- Deep understanding of modern data architectures, including SQL, REST APIs, cloud storage S3, Azure, GCS, and streaming technologies.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and various data connectivity protocols including JDBC, OData, S3, REST.
- Ability to define a long-term vision for Data as a Service while maintaining a rigorous focus on execution and operational stability.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between deep engineering requirements and executive business value.
