Job Description
The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of Kraken's Residential Flex product for enterprise clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to optimize and manage distributed energy resources, enhance grid resilience, and support energy industry transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of the Residential Flex product for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams and clients to deliver project results.
- Understand Kraken's technology and refine solutions to meet client requests and problems.
- Integrate technology, people, and processes to develop improvements for clients.
- Support clients in adapting to Kraken's ways of working and development style.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and act as a client liaison.
Requirements
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation of technology products or projects for enterprise clients, with a clear understanding of client needs and operational processes.
- Ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client to deliver results for client projects or business needs.
- Strong understanding of how Kraken's technology works, including the ability to understand problems or requests raised by the client and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Experience in bringing together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients.
- Ability to support clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- Experience working closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link between the client and the development team.
- Proficiency in English, as the organization is international and requires CVs to be submitted in English.
