Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment for terminal and professional degree candidates.
Coordinate candidate communication, updates, and the overall candidate lifecycle.
Work with hiring managers to source, evaluate, and assess candidates.
Manage internal recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and team coordination.
Track recruiting data and generate reports using the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
Analyze recruiting data to evaluate efforts and provide insights.
Market CRA's employer value proposition and organize brand-building events.
Research market trends and benchmark recruiting practices.
Support the development of a PhD internship program.
Participate in Talent Acquisition projects, contribute ideas, and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
Support terminal and professional degree recruiting by taking ownership for full-life cycle recruitment and coordinating day-to-day operational processes.
Identify and recruit qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting strategies including candidate research and outreach to academic programs and PhD placement coordinators.
Provide a seamless recruiting experience to candidates, coordinating candidate communication and updates.
Work with hiring managers to source and evaluate candidates, managing the overall candidate lifecycle including sourcing, assessment, and offer attraction process.
Coordinate internal recruitment activities, including customization of interview schedules and recruiting teams.
Support reporting and operations by tracking all relevant recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System Greenhouse, creating reports, and analyzing data to evaluate recruiting efforts and provide data-driven insights.
Understand and market CRA’s unique value proposition as an employer, and suggest and execute cultivation and brand-building events.
Proactively research, identify, and communicate market trends, benchmarking efforts against best practices.
Support the continued development of a PhD professional degree internship program.
Participate in larger Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, contribute creative ideas, and provide process improvement suggestions.
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline with strong academic performance.
Have up to 2 years of related work experience sourcing and recruiting diverse talent in a complex, fast-paced, and high-volume business professional services environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; advanced knowledge of Excel functions such as v-lookups and pivot tables is desirable.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Possess curious and analytic thinking with a problem-solving mindset to find the right resources to solve issues.
