Job Description

The VP of Tech Partnerships at Celonis is responsible for leading the strategic expansion of the company's technology ecosystem through data and OEM partnerships, building alliances with key industry players, and establishing scalable distribution channels to drive growth and integration within the enterprise data stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic expansion of the company's technology ecosystem through data and OEM partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strategic alliances with Tier-1 System of Record vendors and data infrastructure leaders.
  • Define and execute global strategies for enterprise connectivity and data integration layers.
  • Establish new distribution channels by identifying and securing strategic software vendors.
  • Develop and manage co-selling and commercial programs to drive mutual growth.
  • Negotiate and structure complex distribution agreements to ensure technical and commercial success.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience spanning Technology Alliances, Strategic Sales, and Business Development.
  • Proven track record in establishing and scaling new distribution channels and building out technology partner programs.
  • Experience in closing complex OEM and distribution agreements with global technology leaders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership experience with a track record of influencing Product and Engineering roadmaps, and bridging the gap between technical architecture and commercial objectives.
  • Silicon Valley presence with a strong network across the ERP, Hyperscaler, and Data Infrastructure landscape.
  • Ability to lead the strategic expansion of a technology ecosystem from a Silicon Valley hub, including establishing Celonis as a deeply integrated platform within the modern data stack.
  • Experience in building strategic technical alliances to ensure seamless data access and high-fidelity connectivity with System of Record Partners.
  • Experience in collaborating with Tier-1 System of Record vendors to evolve their API strategies for high-fidelity process mining and establishing the technical foundation for GTM collaboration.
  • Experience in defining global strategies for Connectivity Specialists within an iPaaS Ecosystem and ensuring optimized integration layers of the enterprise to funnel high-quality data into Data Infrastructure.
  • Ability to build strong alliances with Lakehouse and Warehouse leaders and drive initiatives positioning Celonis as a key intelligence layer for enterprise AI.
  • Experience in establishing new scalable distribution channels through OEM Embedded Strategy and developing effective co-selling and commercial programs that drive mutual value.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end negotiation and commercial structuring of complex distribution agreements, ensuring technical synergies result in measurable ACV and logo growth.
