Job Description
A Senior Product Manager at Celonis is responsible for driving innovation by identifying emerging technologies and industry trends, developing new business solutions, and managing cross-functional teams to transform ideas into scalable products within a fast-paced, experimental environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and prioritize disruptive innovation opportunities through research of emerging technologies, industry trends, customer needs, and partner opportunities.
- Develop business cases and scope end-to-end solution blueprints for new business models, translating requirements into detailed functional designs.
- Apply AI capabilities to visualize ideas and create prototypes for early validation.
- Define project goals and manage end-to-end execution of validation strategies to assess technical, market, and strategic viability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to validate research, steward prototypes, and facilitate scalable implementation and production.
Requirements
- Proven track record of 8 years as a Product Manager or Solution Architect in a B2B high-growth SaaS or PaaS environment
- Demonstrated passion for exploring uncharted territories and experience in shepherding early stage concepts through validation, incubation, and into production readiness
- Ability and desire to understand and deeply research new and emerging technologies with a passion for experimentation in early-stage environments
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding user needs and translating them into impactful customer experiences and executable work for technical teams
- Ability to lead by example within cross-functional teams, acting as a strategic driver while remaining a hands-on executor
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to curate and present data for decision-making to senior business leaders
