Job Description
The AI Deployment Architect at Celonis is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling innovative AI solutions to optimize customer business processes, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive AI adoption and develop scalable, end-to-end AI architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and scale AI solutions and automations using the Process Intelligence platform tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and GTM teams to standardize AI solutions and bring them to scale
- Prototype and develop AI solutions, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Identify and package scalable AI use cases across the platform to drive innovation and expand offerings
- Train internal teams on positioning and deploying AI solutions
- Architect end-to-end deployments encompassing AI and process automation
- Engage with customers to understand their problems and demonstrate AI value propositions
- Contribute to the AI solution roadmap and define execution strategies for Lighthouse customers
Requirements
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and or respective Software deployment.
- Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or alternatively in an Inhouse role e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable easily extensible solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Fluency in German.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.
