Job Description
The role involves developing and executing partner marketing strategies to promote the Celonis Platform Apps program, driving awareness, engagement, and growth through joint marketing initiatives, events, content creation, and performance analysis within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic joint marketing plans with top-tier partners
- Collaborate with regional teams to create and manage joint marketing activities that increase awareness and generate leads
- Plan and execute webinars, events, and partner presence at industry trade shows
- Lead the CeloConnect partner motion through events, campaigns, and community development initiatives
- Create co-branded marketing assets such as case studies, solution briefs, and testimonials
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for partner teams, managing communication and updates
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing activities to optimize ROI
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure activities align with global priorities
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing in a SaaS environment.
- Proven success in building and scaling partner programs or partner apps programs globally.
- Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans and execute them effectively across regions and teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Advanced ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to guide decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms.
- Fluency in English.
