Job Description
The role involves designing and implementing supply chain solutions using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, working closely with customers to optimize their supply chain operations, and providing technical and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect comprehensive supply chain solutions aligned with customer goals
- Collaborate with customers to define target supply chain states using Celonis platform
- Provide presales support by articulating the strategic value of supply chain capabilities
- Guide solution architecture during project delivery to ensure successful implementation
- Identify and standardize key supply chain use cases to enhance adoption
- Share success stories and customer impact insights internally and externally
- Collaborate with product teams to inform future development based on customer feedback
- Train internal teams to effectively deploy and position supply chain solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management for enterprises, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful and diverse use cases that have solved real-world problems.
- Experience with the implementation and roll-out of Supply Chain Software or Enterprise Resource Planning tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Candidates must hold, or be eligible to obtain, UK Security Check SC clearance.
