Job Description
A Lead Consultant role focused on driving digital transformation for customers by implementing Celonis Process Mining technology, analyzing data using SQL and other tools, and developing process insights to optimize business operations across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology to ensure optimal customer solutions
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses and operational apps, incorporating AI and Machine Learning algorithms
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present KPIs and improvement areas to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
