Job Description
The role involves leading the implementation of Celonis Process Intelligence solutions for clients, translating business needs into technical data-driven insights, and driving process improvements through workshops, data modeling, and automation to maximize customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage agile project teams to implement Celonis solutions and drive digital transformation for customers
- Conduct business workshops to translate customer strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases
- Coordinate with Data Operations to connect solutions to customer IT environments and facilitate data extraction
- Lead the implementation of Celonis projects, including data modeling, data transformation, process analysis, and KPI development
- Utilize Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and develop improvement measures
- Define relevant KPIs to measure customer success and quantify business and financial potential
- Automate tasks to enhance process efficiency and conformance
- Manage customer expectations, project planning, and long-term success initiatives
- Demonstrate solutions and train customer users to ensure effective adoption and value realization
Requirements
- 7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution Data Consulting or Process Improvement Consulting, within Software Vendors, Consulting firms or System integrators
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Data models
- Knowledge of data related languages SQL required
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python is a plus
- A strong appetite for value driven approaches including KPIs definition, business case calculations, value realization approaches and Data topics
- Experience with Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- General understanding of companies' business processes and related financial metrics and willingness to learn in this area
- Knowledge of standard ERPs such as SAP and related business processes including Order to cash, procure to pay is a strong plus
- Willingness to develop strong expertise on a solution through continuous learning
- Strong consulting skills and enjoyment in interacting with various customers
- Experience conducting business workshops up to solution demonstrations
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and recognized as a quick learner
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
