Job Description
The Sr. Manager of Special Projects Business Operations will oversee strategic initiatives and operational projects to support Blueland's mission of sustainable and innovative cleaning products, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth.

Requirements

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Strong understanding of business operations, project management methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure project success.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
