Job Description
The Lead AI Deployment Architect at Celonis is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling innovative AI solutions for customers using the Process Intelligence platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and create scalable use cases that deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and scale AI solutions and automations using the Process Intelligence platform
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and GTM teams to standardize AI solutions and bring them to customers at scale
- Prototype, develop, and implement AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Identify and package scalable AI use cases to drive innovation and expand offerings
- Share AI success stories internally and with customers
- Define and lead execution on the AI Lighthouse customer roadmap
- Train internal teams on positioning and deploying AI solutions
- Architect end-to-end deployments encompassing AI and PI Automation
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and or respective Software deployment.
- Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or alternatively in an Inhouse role e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable easily extensible solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.
