Job Description
A senior leadership role responsible for managing and guiding a team of Enterprise Architects to develop technical strategies, engage with C-level clients, and drive enterprise modernization and innovation using AI and cloud technologies within the Process Intelligence industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Architects to define architecture, data, and cloud strategies for large client accounts
- Act as an executive sponsor, presenting strategic visions to C-level executives and engaging with customer architecture and security teams
- Design architectures that drive enterprise modernization and leverage emergent technologies like Agentic AI
- Coordinate between product engineering teams and client teams to ensure delivery of technical services
- Assess customer IT landscape maturity and coach teams and partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability
- Develop reusable assets, customer-facing position papers, and thought leadership on architecture and innovation
Requirements
- 20 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record of managing Enterprise Architects or technical teams at a top consulting firm or software vendor
- Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI
- Strong background in Data Architecture, system integrations, data operations, automation capabilities, and data-related languages such as SQL and Python
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions including Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics CRM, and ServiceNow, cybersecurity posture fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures
- MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent in an Information Technology-related field
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of navigating complex negotiations and presenting to C-level executives
