Job Description
A Business Development Intern at Celonis will support demand generation campaigns, develop strategic programs to engage potential clients, and collaborate across teams to drive pipeline growth and business opportunities in the Process Intelligence technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee vertical programs and plays for top-of-funnel engagement and pipeline growth in new accounts
- Coordinate and execute global demand generation campaigns and initiatives
- Manage creation and maintenance of BDR assets, including sales scripts, cadences, and repositories
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop supporting assets and share relevant materials
- Build and optimize dashboards to monitor program performance
- Prepare presentations and materials for executive communication
- Identify growth initiatives within the BDR organization and drive their implementation
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, or a related field
- Demonstration of leadership in a prior role
- Be coachable, competitive, and have intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including high-level communications with internal and external contacts
- Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize work and tasks with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Demonstrate a passion for learning new things and continuous improvement
- Leadership skills and the ability to inspire
- High desire to build a career in sales leadership
