Job Description
This role involves leading client relationships and business development within the New York City health market, managing project teams, and driving strategic growth for the firm through innovative design solutions and long-term client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships within the New York City health market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities with target clients and expand existing client accounts to increase net signed fees.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and high-quality service delivery.
- Strategically understand client needs and assemble expert teams to deliver innovative, state-of-the-art design solutions.
- Collaborate with practice leaders to implement business practices, achieve financial goals, and support firm growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Health Market, preferably working in the A E I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
- Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
- Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills required.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Some travel required.
