Proven expertise in transaction advisory services, including assisting clients in maximizing opportunities related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence processes relevant to transaction advisory work.
Educational background or professional experience sufficient to perform senior associate-level responsibilities in transaction advisory services (specific degree or years of experience not explicitly specified in the posting).
