Job Description

An Accounting Associate at Aprio provides support in client accounting services, working within a dynamic team to help clients optimize their financial opportunities while growing professionally in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with client accounting services and financial record-keeping
Prepare and review financial statements and reports

Requirements

Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Have relevant work experience in accounting or back office solutions, with a specific duration of at least 1 year preferred.
Demonstrate proficiency in accounting principles and practices relevant to client accounting services.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, adhering to the specific terms and conditions of the role's location.
Possess or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with the support of the company’s CPA Certification Assistance and Bonus Program.
Be capable of working with a team of professionals in a collaborative environment.
Be able to perform job duties that may include physical demands associated with onsite work, such as working in an office environment.
Have strong communication skills, with the ability to speak multiple languages being a plus but not mandatory.
